You find the leaks, mold, dirty ducts, and storm damage before we do. When you send the customer our way, we pay you for it.
What we pay

How it works
- Submit a customer below. Takes about 60 seconds.
- Sano calls them within the day to schedule the visit.
- When they pay in full, we cut you a check or Zelle within 14 days. No invoicing on your end — we track everything.
- At $600 in YTD payouts we'll ask for a W-9 (IRS rule). We'll reach out when you get close.
